1. How do I register?

We recommend that you use your email address as your username, this makes it much easier to remember. Please make sure that your password is at least 6 characters in length. You can easily create your own Ulterfashion profile by clicking here to register.

2. I cannot log in to my account.

Check your login details carefully. Make sure the email address is the same one you used for registration, and the password you entered is correct. Please make sure that your web browser accepts cookies. It might be a problem caused by Ulterfashion system maintenance; please wait 15 minutes and try again. If you are still not able to access your account,please don't hesitate to contact us at help@ulterfashion.com, we'll be happy to assist you!

3. I forgot my password

If you forgot your password, just click the "Forgot your password?" link on “sign in” Page and we will send you an automated email with information on how to reset your password.

1. How do I know what size to choose?

You can check the handy Sizes Guides on the product page and view our Size Charts for easy reference.

2. Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?

It is only possible to make a change to your order within 1 hour of placing it and if the order has not been processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (within the hour) with your change/cancellation request details included. You are strongly advised to use our Live Chat service on our Contact Us page. This will minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.

  • Shipping

1.Do you ship to my country?

We ship orders all over the world. If you want to know more detailed information, please check the dedicated “Shipping Info”.

2.How much does the shipping cost?

Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors: The shipment method you choose (we offer Standard shipping option); The destination country that the package ships to; The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package. Our advice is to log in to your account, add the items to your cart and then view the shipping fee which will be automatically calculated and displayed.

For U.S, Australia, New Zealand we offer FREE for orders over 4PCs otherwise 1PCS US$5.00, 2PCS US$8.00, 3PCS US$12.00,

For Canada we offer FREE for orders over 4PCs otherwise 1PCS US$8.00, 2PCS US$13.00, 3PCS US$15.00

For Rest of the World: $5 on Standard Shipping; Shipping time varies from different countries.

3.How long does it take to ship?

Shipment takes 15-25 business days to arrive, please refer to the table below for various shipping times to international destinations.

  • Return & Exchanges

Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization. Therefore if you need to return your order for some reason, please contact our Customer Service staff first to confirm. Once you are authorized to return the item(s), please follow all of the instructions provided.

We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. Keep the Return Tracking Number associated with the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Ulterfashion is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by us, or without the original packing slip. Also,  Ulterfashion do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

  • Refunds

1. At this stage, full refunds(excluded shipping fee at the time of your original order) and return shipping fee are only offered in the case of faulty items.

 

2. If customers' responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange, but the extra fee (include exchange shipping fee, etc.) must be borne by themselves.

 

3. All original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

4. Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 to 5 business days after we receive your return. The exact time can vary and is subject to the individual payment provider. Once refunds have been processed, we recommend contacting your payment provider for updates.

  • Coupons

1. Coupons have no cash value.

2. Coupons may have an expiration date; Expired coupons will not be accepted.

3. Customers may currently only redeem one coupon against item(s) in a single transaction. Customers may not use a coupon toward a purchase in combination with another offer.

4. If customers have a coupon but forget to use due to personal subjective reasons, that shall be borne by themselves.

  • Currency

As an international brand and we ship worldwide, the default currency is USD, please click the country button on top of the website to see price in your area's currency. If you don't pay in US dollars, the exchange of different currencies will generate a certain amount of exchange rate. Thanks for your kind understanding.

1. Why is there such a page for small business customers? 
No matter in the media or customer service email, Ulterfashion has recently received a lot of feedback from customers who wrote that whether they can small wholesale different products on the website.
2. What are we setting up on this page? 
In order to have a better shopping experience for our customers, we have specially set up hot-selling products with a large inventory for these customers. 
3. How can you get a discount? 
a. You need to select goods in For Small Business which fixed menu item in the navigation.
